Feliss was born and raised in Houston, TX. She graduated from Trinity Valley Community College, then immediately transferred to Stephen F. Austin State University, where she earned her undergraduate degrees in Psychology and Rehabilitation Services. While completing her graduate degree in Professional Counseling, Feliss was inducted into the Omicron Delta Kappa National Leadership Society also Chi Sigma Iota Counseling Academic and Professional Honor Society International. Feliss completed her graduate degree with honors from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2021. She is currently Nationally Certified Counselor, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Louisiana, and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. She is currently a National Certified Counselor, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. Her experience includes providing therapy and career counseling to high school-aged individuals to older adults, and veterans in a local mental health authority setting. She’s also provided vocational rehabilitation counseling to people with disabilities for a public and federal sector.

Phoebe is currently based in Houston, TX, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Houston. As she continues her journey at Lamar University, and toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), Phoebe is passionate in working with children, adolescents, and young adults navigating life transitions, identity exploration, academic and emotional challenges, and relationship concerns. Her background includes work in mental health, education, and case management, with experience in school settings, private practice, and correctional facilities. What matters most to Phoebe is supporting those who feel unseen or unheard, and she brings warmth, creativity, and curiosity into her work.
